The maintenance package you select will determine this. On call-outs, we give a discount of 7.5 to 12.5 percent. With the assistance of an ECMS Account Manager, you can determine which plan is ideal for your company. A Schedule of Rates is available from us. There are no hidden fees, and all of our labor rates include gas, parking, and traffic. Any additional costs would therefore be limited to materials.

  • Rates that are fixed

We lock in our rates with you for three years when you sign up for Cleaning, Preventative Maintenance, and Fully Managed Support Services, subject to any changes in employment regulations.

This provides you with assured help and emergency response 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Budget Observation

Your dedicated Account Manager will successfully monitor expenditures against defined budgets and provide you with detail in relevant reports when you hire ECMS to handle all of your maintenance and cleaning needs.

We hold regular review meetings with your dedicated Account Manager and Cleaning Manager, and we may set up a schedule of review sessions and audits as needed.

All of our Fully Managed Support Service clients have access to the ECMS portal, which houses documents such as site folders, budgeting reports, RAMS, policies, and insurance documents. These papers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
